We're based in Germantown, Tennessee, and operate by appointment from home. We'll share the fitting location after confirming your appointment.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. In-person fittings are offered on Saturdays, 9:00 am–9:00 pm, by appointment only. Use the online booking calendar to select an available 20-minute Saturday fitting. Google Calendar confirms your appointment by email. We share our home address privately with booked customers.
When can I call or message you?
Our usual contact hours are Monday–Friday, 5:00–9:00 pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 9:00 am–9:00 pm (Central Time). In-person fittings are only on Saturdays.
How much do alterations cost?
Our published price list includes button replacement and small repairs from $5, pants hemming for $12, jeans hemming for $15, and more. Prices marked “Starting at” depend on your garment; free estimates are available. See the full price list above.
How long will my alteration take?
Turnaround varies depending on the alteration and our current schedule. Let us know your deadline when you contact us, and we'll discuss what's possible.
Can I ask about custom sewing or several garments?
Absolutely—tell us what you'd like done and how many pieces you have. We'll let you know the next step and whether we can help with your project.
